    Here are recipes I've adjusted to use Whole30 compliant ingredients.

     

    Please keep in mind that there are some "rules" (like not eating an entire helping of fruit solo) that I'm not sure I have applied. But I am confident that I did well with my current understanding of the diet. Enjoy!
