1 Lb Shrimp
6 Plumb Tomatoes Chopped
1 Medium Onion Chopped
6 cloves of Garlic Minced
1 Tbls Crushed Red Chilis
4 Tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup of White wine
! Tbs Fresh Thyme Chopped
3 Tbls Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 Tsp Salt or to taste
Black Pepper to taste

Pour Olive oil in a pan add Onions Fry until onions are translucent.
Add Garlic,Red Chilis,Fry for another 2 minutes Add Tomatoes,Thyme,Parsley ,White wine,salt and pepper.
Let fry another 2 minutes.

Add Shrimp and continue until Shrimp cooks through.
Serve over Rice,Pasta, or just on its own.
