1 1/2 cups lobster, fresh steamed, cooled and cleaned
1 1/2 tbsp onion, minced
1 1/2 tbsp celery, chopped fine
1/2 tsp dill, chopped
3 tbsp mayo
Bread or rolls of your choice
2 tbsp butter, melted with 1 clove of garlic
Place bread or rolls in pan with butter until browned. Flip over to grill both sides.
Fill grilled rolls with lobster salad and enjoy!
